How does a 4:2 rotation suit?
This is a great job for a suitably experienced Superyacht Chief Officer /Relief Captain. You’ll need “large yacht” experience and COC Master of Ships <3000 GT.

For this role, you will have the following Qualifications:

COC Master of Ships 3000 GT
STCW Basic Safety Training Certificate
SSO, GMDSS, ECDIS, Medical care,
Valid Passport,
Valid ENG1 medical certificate or equivalent
Seaman’s Discharge Book
For this role, you will have the following experience / attributes;

3+ years seagoing experience on Passenger/Cruise ships or 60m+ yachts.
Superior leadership, communication, management and diplomacy skills.
Excellent boat handling and navigational skills.
Knowledge of ISM and ISPS practises
Excellent maintenance, engineering and technical / troubleshooting experience
Ability to remain calm and give directions in an emergency situation
Organized and methodical
Financial management
Professional appearance - no visible tattoos
Fit and healthy
Good work ethic
Previous experience with Arabic owners and guests would be advantageous as well as knowledge of the Arabian Sea
An advantage to those who speak Eastern European and South American languages
Complete English fluency is required (spoken and written).

Salary & Conditions: €9900/month depending on experience and qualifications, 122 days leave – 4:2 rotation, 2 return flights per annum
