Exceptional Chief Stewardess/Purser for 50m private M/Y with amazing itinerary! (QPFM)

This lovely motor yacht (~50m) is searching for an experienced Chief Stewardess to assist the Captain in achieving the safe, secure and efficient operation of the yacht. You will join a very professional crew on an adventure of a lifetime enjoying the breathtaking North Sea.

This is not a not a role for the faint hearted or inexperienced. You will be expected to work long hours and be able to provide the very highest standard of service at all times in all areas of the yacht during guest trips and whilst in dry-dock.

The successful candidate will have the following required Qualifications and Experience:

Prior Chief Stewardess/Purser experience on similar sized motor yachts
Accomplished user of several operating systems, PC and Mac OSX, Excel and Word
Excellent service skills and good management of junior crew. [You will have 2 stews under your supervision, so you will need to be highly organised and decisive, and able to up-skill your team as necessary.]
You must be willing to work in all fields of yacht operation
Be a team worker, have good organisational skills, be self-motivated and energetic
Professional demeanour – excellent presentation – both on and off the yacht
Non-smokers only
Background and Drug Test will be performed
Valid ENG1 (or equivalent) medical cert.
STCW 95/10 BST including the Security Awareness
This is a long-term position – you must be able to commit and demonstrate longevity

Salary: Negotiable dependent on experience
